Texas Chai is the creation of Melanie Rose Maxwell of Austin Texas. Melanie has been providing fresh made chai for the Austin festival community for over a dozen years. Texas Chai was inspired by finding a way to create a traditional herbal blend that was a more authentic Indian based chai as an alternative to the powder based chai being used in coffee shops.
